NTR’s 'Dammu' to be censored on Apr 20 or 21

Young Tiger NTR’s latest movie 'Dammu' is gearing up for April 27th release. As 27th is a friday, first week of this movie will have seven days with record no of prints giving scope to rake in extra bucks. Producer K  S Ramarao is being aggressive in his promotional campaign. Boyapati Srinu is the director. 

Dammu is likely to cross the last hurdle prior to release on April 20th or 21st. The movie will be censored on any of these days. Trisha and Karthika paired up with NTR for the first time in this movie. Recently released Dammu trailers are raising high hopes on the film. Audio songs are already rocking the charts and Nandamuri fans with positive  reviews.

Censor Closed Eyes On 'Racha'

For folks who are new, Dhanalaxmi is a half Telugu, half Tamil Censor officer for AP Censor board. She is known for her 'sharp cutting' works which give tensions to producers and directors. But, her attitude towards 'Racha' became a hot discussion now.

Dhanalaxmi is known for her iron cutting in terms of heroine's waist, navel and cleavage shots. Films like 'Buisnessman' and 'Panjaa' haven't escaped from her scissors and had blurred images all over the skin shows of female artists. Coming to 'Racha', the film was given a U/A certificate saying that all bloodshed was completely eliminated. Then, what about Tamanna's seductive skin shows? Milky beauty made most of her assets pierce the hearts of youth through her glamour on screen.

 In 'Vaana Vaana' song alone Tammu babe oscillates her waist and hip, around three times in front of camera giving an ample view of her shapely back. 'How come Dhanalaxmi spared such a hot show of Tamanna in 'Racha' by closing her eyes', a big-shot producer questioned. They say, this officer doesn't like cleavage and navel show, but bare-backs are fine with her.

Chiranjeevi's mega fingering in Racha

Megastar Chiranjeevi, who is staying away from films, is very much alert about his son's future as a hero. Amidst all his busy political schedules, he found time to guide director Sampath Nandi, who has directed Charan's fourth film Racha, which will be out in theaters in few hours. Sampath narrated the story to Chiranjeevi and Charan only heard it after his father gave a positive nod.

However, Chiranjeevi didn't keep any blind faith in Sampath's talent and has roped in Paruchuri Brothers to give final touches to the script apart from penning dialogues. Chiranjeevi also participated in the story sittings and gave many inputs from his side. Sampath Nandi says the interval episode in Racha movie was Chiranjeevi's input.

With so much 'involvement' and 'interference' of Chiranjeevi, how Racha has come out will be seen shortly. It is said that Chiranjeevi also suggested few cuts and changes after watching the final cut and Racha was only cleared for release after he is fully satisfied. Chiranjeevi earlier involved in every aspect of Chirutha and left out everything on Charan for Orange. And for Magadheera, he only suggested few changes after watching the final cut. Let's see if Racha is going to be Chirutha or Magadheera or Orange.
