Punch To Jagan: Vijaysai's Bail Cancelled!

After hearing the arguments of both sides for a couple of days, High Court has finally cancelled the bail issued to Vijayasai Reddy in connection with Jagan's illegal assets case.

Vijayasai Reddy, the A2 accused in Jagan's illegal assets case was granted a bail by the CBI Court a week ago on April 13th. High Court has agreed with CBI's counter petition that this tainted auditor can tamper the witnesses and other evidences against him, if he is outside. Earlier CBI court granted a bail on the grounds that he is kept in jail for more than 104 days and he alone was arrested leaving all other accused. CBI lawyers argued that the lower court granted bails on the grounds of merit, but they haven't identified the intensity of this case to nail this auditor.

However, Vijayasai's lawyers have still objections with High Court's ruling and it may take few hours to get the copy of final orders. Once orders are released, Vijayasai Reddy should surrender in jail a couple of days.

Jagan's Auditor Vijaysai Reddy Gets Bail

Finally, Jagan's auditor Vijaysai Reddy is granted a conditional bail in the illegal assets case. He is the second accused in Jagan's illegal assets case

CBI accused earlier that Vijaysai played a key role in pulling illegal investments into Jagan's companies including Jagathi Publications. The chargesheet lodged by CBI states that he facilitated those investors to bag government lands at reduced costs by this Quid pro quo. On Jan 2nd, Vijaysai was arrested by the investigation agency and his lawyers are fighting for bail from then. His lawyers argued and convinced court that charge sheet was lodged anyways and there is no threat in releasing him on bail. The conditions of bail include Vijayasai to submit his passport in the court and he should not cross the boundaries of Hyderabad at any cost.

However, CBI filed a counter petition in court to extend the custody of Vijaysai till 16th April. Earlier, officers like BP Acharya, Rajgopal and Srilakshmi too got bail from Nampally court in this manner which in turn was cancelled by High Court in no time.

Tara gets bail in 2 cases

Actress Tara Choudary who was arrested for forcing innocent girls into sex trade, was granted bail by the Nampalli court in two of the three cases registered against her.

Apart from facing charges of running sex trade and forcing innocent girls into it, Tara Choudary is also charged with obstructing police officers on duty and misbehaving with them. While the court has granted her bail in the first two cases with Rs. 5,000 as personal surety and two more sureties of similar nature, the court is yet to decided about the third case.

Meanwhile people are watching the case with interest as they expect Tara Choudary to pull more skeletons out of her cupboard. Several policemen and politicians appear to be sweating that she might name them. Tara Choudary has told the media that she had life threat from some very big politicians of the state.

Gali Janardhan Reddy: A rich businessman and politician, was once heard a game changer and decider of political outcomes. Rags to riches is what the defines him before he got arrested for illegally mining ores for their enormous wealth. Currently lodged in Bangalore jail, Gali is trying to prove CBI false and is applying for bail petitions continuously. CBI too countered his bail plea petition in the court and the verdict is due.

Sri Lakshmi: This tainted IAS officer is arrested in Gali's illegal mining case. When the CBI proved her connection with the case, this lady stopped arguing about her innocence and is requesting bail on health grounds. Sri Lakshmi filed for a fresh bail on Thursday, saying that CBI is shielding few politicians and making her a scrape goat.

BP Acharya: Luckily he got bail sanctioned and all of a sudden the Court cancelled it ordering him to surrender. This ex chief secretary claimed innocence before media, but is unable to prove to CBI or court. Repeatedly, his lawyers are busy finding clauses that can pull him out on bail.

Tara Chowdary: After getting arrested, the actress lady fired on everyone that some powers are unnecessarily dragging her into mud. However, she has now confessed that to lead a lavish life she took the route of flesh trade and lured many girls into it. Three cases were lodged against Tara and out of which she got bail in two cases. The court reserved their order for Friday to grant her bail in Prevention of Immoral Trafficking case.
