YS Jagan is again 'A1' in Fresh Charge Sheet filed by CBI

The investigation agency that is probing into Jagan's illegal assets case has filed an additional charge sheet today. Once again, CBI has zeroed on Jagan as 'Accused No.1' in the case.

CBI sleuths have stated in their additional charge sheet that Jagathi Publications has practiced many illegal methods to attract huge investments. Jagan is named A1, Vijaysai A2 and Jagathi Publications as A3 in this newly lodged charge sheet. It is revealed by CBI that 850 crores were invested in Jagathi by buying shares worth 10 rupees, at a rate of 350 rupees. All these investors have fetched good deals through state government and as part of 'quid pro quo' they have invested back here.

Vijay Sai is accused that he has diverted more than 200 crores into Jagathi to convert black money into white. Surprisingly, CBI has lodged their charge sheet by the time the tainted auditor has surrendered in CBI court today. The chances for his lawyers to obtain another review on the bail petition will go slim with these acts of CBI.

Punch To Jagan: Vijaysai's Bail Cancelled!

After hearing the arguments of both sides for a couple of days, High Court has finally cancelled the bail issued to Vijayasai Reddy in connection with Jagan's illegal assets case.

Vijayasai Reddy, the A2 accused in Jagan's illegal assets case was granted a bail by the CBI Court a week ago on April 13th. High Court has agreed with CBI's counter petition that this tainted auditor can tamper the witnesses and other evidences against him, if he is outside. Earlier CBI court granted a bail on the grounds that he is kept in jail for more than 104 days and he alone was arrested leaving all other accused. CBI lawyers argued that the lower court granted bails on the grounds of merit, but they haven't identified the intensity of this case to nail this auditor.

However, Vijayasai's lawyers have still objections with High Court's ruling and it may take few hours to get the copy of final orders. Once orders are released, Vijayasai Reddy should surrender in jail a couple of days.

'Only Vijayasai Reddy Can Trouble Investigation'

The investigating agency of Jagan's illegal assets has prepared all guns to get back the released auditor into its custody again. They have shocked everyone including Court, with their answers regarding cancellation of Vijaysai Reddy's bail.

CBI has lodged its counter petition to cancel the bail of YS Jagan's financial advisor and auditor Vijayasai Reddy. He is the second accused (A2) in CBI's charge sheet in Jagan's illegal assets case. When the court questioned as to why they have nabbed only Vijaysai leaving all other accused in charge sheet, investigation agency responded firmly.

'Only Vijaysai alone has the capacity to cause hurdles to the course of investigation. We've enough evidences to support our argument', said CBI. Court has adjourned the proceedings to Wednesday, while CBI is fully confident that Vijayasai's bail will be cancelled soon.

CBI JD Laxmi Narayana got a call from Delhi to meet the CBI Director urgently. Hence the JD would be starting this night to Delhi. Tomorrow he would be meeting the CBI Director. As per the Reports some crucial decsions regarding the oresent interrogating cases is expected after discussing the matter with the Director.

CBI's Decision On Jagan's Arrest Tomorrow!

Though they named YS Jagan as Accused No.1, his arrest is not made yet and the whole state's politics are revolving around this now. CBI JD's latest moves are speculating that a key decision about his arrest will be taken tomorrow.

CBI under the leadership of Joint director Lakshmi Narayana, is investigating into many cases pertaining to cheating government of huge finances. Among all, Jagan's illegal assets case gained importance as it is connected to many ministers, politicians and future of Congress in Andhra Pradesh. The other day High Court slammed CBI for not arresting Jagan even after naming him prime accused.

Court questioned the investigation agency as to why it has named Jagan if they cannot arrest him with the evidences in hand. Emmar case, Obulapuram mining case and Gujrat's Sohrabuddin fake encounter are the cases currently being investigated by CBI JD. Like ACB Special Investigation Chief, CBI Joint Director Lakshmi Narayana is also going to be relieved in a couple of months. Political observers are saying that exit of CBI JD from the post will have a devastating effect on the cases he is handling at present.

However, JD was given an extension of two months to continue in this post as he is supposed to finish investigations. Sources are saying that government is delaying so many things in case of Emaar and Jagan, such that they can alternate the results when JD quits.

Lakshmi Narayana will be going to head office on a promotion as his tenure in AP exceeded more than 6 years. Opposition sleuths are saying that Congress may alter Jagan's position in accused list if he joins hands with them and for this they need a change in CBI leadership. Won't bend, even if Sonia invites me: Jagan

The talk in the political circles is that after the shameful defeat of the party in the Kovur by-poll, some top brass Congress leaders has asked the High Command to consider the option of inviting Jagan back into the parent party.

When the media asked him to react on these developments, Jagan has made it clear that he would neither go back his parent party nor merge his YSR Congress party with the ruling Congress.

"I don't know what Congress thinks about me. But the fact is Me and Congress can't go together. Practically, I'm fighting against the Congress party in the state. So, it don't happen that way. The fact is we are doing a political battle and it goes on. Even if Sonia calls me and invites me to come back to Congress, I wouldn't agree for it because I value my character and I value my credibility. So, Me going back to Congress or Me merging my party with Congress cannot happen," said Jagan.

Jagan turns philosophical on his arrest reports

Reports say, YSR Congress leaders have planned mass protests and agitations all over the state to counter the arrest of their leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the illegal assets case. In case the CBI plans to arrest you, it will become a huge public spectacle.

When asked about the same, Jagan replied,"Why would I be arrested? I strongly believe in God, So let God be the judge. If an arrest kind of injustice is being done, let that injustice also be washed by the God."

According to the CBI sources, Jagan would be arrested during his present by-election campaign. The investigation agency is also taking all the precautionary measures before attacking the big fish.
