NTR has set a new benchmark for day 1 collections with Oosaravelli movie and that too in the wave of Dookudu. Of course that was on Dussera and films generally draw good collections on that day. Now NTR has a bigger challenge with Dammu. Will he show his Dammu yet again? Luckily he has Boyapati Srinivas to his support and the buzz on this film is extremely positive.
If Dammu gets a release as good as Businessman and Racha, chances are very high for the movie to create new record for day 1. Which means Racha's day 1 record won't even long for four weeks. Let us see if NTR shows that Telugu cinema potential is much bigger than Racha or not? Also NTR should deliver a blockbuster that can exceed 40 crore mark to prove his credentials and the hype surrounding him right.
