Directed by an associate of Mani Ratnam, this film looks more mass with a touch of south, and became one of the best hit in Salman's career. The hero too felt like doing a best job for this movie and is now watching out if someone else would dominate him. Apparently, 'Dabangg' was remade in Tamil as 'Osthi' with Simbu as hero.

This film made no mark at the Box Office and the less we talk about Simbu's performance is better. However, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan donning the lead role in its Telugu remake 'Gabbar Singh' created a sensation in Hindi circuits. Except for that six pack body, Pawan looks better than Salman in all aspects, say critics. All these talks are worrying Salman a little bit as his silly little work in 'Dabbang' will be beaten by Pawan effortlessly. Let us wait for the release of 'Gabbar Singh'

Salman’s Dabangg 2 shooting started!

We all know that Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Dabangg is a super hit film in Bollywood. Now the makers started the sequel to that blockbuster film titled Dabangg 2 and the shooting of the film has started on yesterday (March 9th, 2012) at Kamal Amrohi Studios, known as Kamalistan.

The studio houses 12 units, and has been rented exclusively to ‘Dabangg 2’ till its first schedule concludes.There is also an unprecedented security ring of 80 bodyguards.

This is for the first time in Bollywood and in the 55-year-old history of Kamalistan, that an entire studio has been given for hire to just one film.

The Ghanta Awards are a desi version of Hollywood’s Razzies, The Ghanta Awards has started two years back to celebrates and recognizes the worst in Bollywood. The Ghanta Awards ceremony was held at the Comedy Store in Mumbai 17th March 2012.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has bagged worst actor of the year title at this year’s Ghanta Awards for his performance in his recently released Bodyguard and Ready movies.King Khan Shahrukh Khan’s Ra.One won the worst film of the year award.Director of Ready and Bodyguard, Anees Bazmee, was awarded the worst director of the year and Nargis Fakhri won the Worst Breakthrough Ghanta for "Rockstar".
The nominees were decided by jury panel and the winners were decided by people via an online poll.

PEN India has announced the release of CHATUR SINGH TWO STAR on 19th August 2011.

The film is being directed by Ajay Chandhok, Starring Sanjay Dutt, Ameesha Patel, Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik, Suresh Menon & others.

CHATUR SINGH TWO STAR is a story about an infamous member of the Mumbai Police Department, who in his career has been most successful at botching up cases and making a fool of himself. He knows everything about nothing.

Music for the film is scored by duo Sajid-Wajid.
