T-agitators disrupt Raviteja's Daruvu

The Telangana agitators on Wednesday disrupted the audio launch of Raviteja's mass entertainer Daruvu at Prasads Labs. A group of people shouting slogans stormed the venue and demanding the change in the film's title. Initially, the film unit was shocked with this unexpected development but after a while they recovered from it and showed the exit doors to the pro-Telangana activists.

The T-activists stated that the word 'Daruvu' got a significance and has connection to the revolutionaries and balladeers. "Using the same word as the title of a mass masala flick is strictly objectionable," said an activist.

Ravi Teja, who is in Bangkok for the shoot of Puri Jagannath's flick 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu', gave a miss to the audio release function. Film's female lead Tapsee, Director Siva, Jayasudha, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore and music director Vijay Anthony graced the event.
