According to the censor officials, the film contains several scenes with extreme violence, bloodshed and provoking dialogues. So, the members have suggested many cuts for issuing an U/A certificate. However, Dammu team refused to chop the scenes as it wouldn't go down well with the masses and so they are forced to settle with an 'A'. This A certificate will have an impact on the overall collections, as the family audience prefer to stay away from such films.
Huge expectations were riding on the film and the theatrical trailer received tremendous response. Three more trailers will be released starting from 20th of this month as part of the promotional campaign. A massive release of the film have been planned on April 27th worldwide. Nandamuri fans were hoping that NTR will regain his lost glory with Dammu. Let's hope there wish comes true!
