In a move to bring fire among cadres, Congress started its poll exercises much early. The state leaders' meeting with Delhi leader Azad has resulted a quick action in congress sleuths. While leaders from the districts involved with upcoming by-polls attended, Chiranjeevi, who is said to be the No.2 in state congress is seen no where.
Sources are saying that Congress kept its word by giving him RS seat and there is no need for them to encourage him further. 'Chiru cannot grow to top positions in Congress. He'll be used for pulling crowds but not sharing power', a Congress leader stated. Sources close to Chiru however are saying that he is busy with family work and hence this absence. Looks like, sidelining of Chiru has started from Congress camp and candidate fielded in Tirupathi will reveal whether Chiru has a say in the party or not.
