CM Kiran Kumar launched 'Prajapadham' program in the likes of 'Rachabanda' launched earlier by late YSR, to shower gifts on people right before by-polls. However, ministers and MLAs, who are scheduled to take part in the program, are wandering in the streets of Delhi lobbying for post and tickets. Except, CM Kiran, none from the Congress party are taking this program serious to woo voters as this is the last chance for them to do such things.
Reports say that Vayilar Ravi has reported the same thing to Madam Sonia and they are now chalking out plans to strengthen congress at root-level. Observers are saying that by-poll schedule will be announced only after Congress feels that they are ready to take on the elections.
