Who Killed Puttaparthy Sai Baba?

Written By CineGlamour on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 | 3:33 pm

Death mystery surrounding this spiritual leader is not unfolded even after a year after his demise. When he is alive, his powers are a big mystery and after his demise, his wealth became another mystery.

Satya Sai Baba suffered ill health for a couple of months before his death and reasons behind it are still unknown. There is no report about the cause of Baba's death with any proper medical reports in place before his death and after. There are accusations that freezer-box is purchased even before Baba is pronounced dead, while his personal doctor Safaya denied this. Even at Prashanti Nilayam, crowds got slim and the devotional place lost its charm and credibility after Baba left this world.

Crores of rupees wealth and gold was looted out of Ashram after death of Baba, as some politicians helped the insiders, say reports. Baba's brother's son Ratnakar, member of Satyasai Trust is played a key role in suppressing all other relatives to grab Baba's properties. Reports say that gold ornaments and cash worth more than 100 crores are bailed out of Ashram when Baba is not feeling well. His principle and favorite disciple Satyajit is not seen in Prashanti Nilayam and Puttaparthy after cremation ceremony of Baba. Till date, there is no official inquiry into the whole proceedings and no agency is probing the exact causes that happened in Puttaparthy which had killed Satya Sai.

Jagan's Misdeeds Benefitted Chiru In Big Way!

If Jagan and his team have made a big hole to government's wealth and properties, there are some beneficiaries who pocketed crores without knowing the actual. If you could believe, megastar Chiru is one among them.

The hub of all these corrupt deeds as per CBI, Jagathi publications, got people like Nimmagadda Prasad invest more than 100 crores before selling out his stakes a couple of times. With the funds raised, Prasad is able to invest a large in MAA TV and that in turn aggregated their share power. Now, with Sony buying stake in it, many say that all the principle directors and investors have fetched a lot. Along with other hero Nagarjuna, Chiru too walked home with a cool 100 crore profit, say reports.

However, directors on board may not look into the real hands behind the invested money rather liquidating it. If CBI questions Nimmagadda Prasad again, there is a chance of MAA TV's investment surfacing in the headlines.

Controversy over appointment of Joint-Director Of ACB

Responding to the objection raised by ACB DG over the appointment of IPS officer C Ravi Verma as joint director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), the state government on Monday made it clear that the decision is final and there is no chance of changing it stance.

ACB director general Bhoobathi Babu objected the appointment of Ravi Verma, complaining that his track record wasn't clean enough to offer such prestigious post.

However, the state government came out strongly in support of the IPS officer Ravi Verma. "First of all, Mr Bhoobathi Babu has no authority to review the track record of others. The information available with the government confirms that Ravi Verma's track record is clean and his performance till date is very impressive," said a top government official.

The government also hinted that disciplinary action would be taken against ACB DG, he fails to comply with its orders.

Will 'Eega' Producers Fly or Cry?

Ace director Rajamouli's sci-fi flick 'Eega' has got its release date finally. The graphic extravaganza is going to hit theatres on May 30th with a super positive talk in a maximum number of theatres. But, will the movie makes producers 'fly' or 'cry'.

For long, he is considered as a flop-less director in industry despite a strong talk about producers incurring losses in some of his movies. There were times where makers reported losses for blockbusters like 'Sye', 'Vikramarkudu' and 'Chatrapati'. Most of the times, Rajamouli has changed producers for his movies giving no thought to critics that he is making a movie with same producer to recover previous film losses. Even with 'Eega', another producer Sai Korrapati is getting introduced.

He is said to be banking a lot on Rajamouli's brand value but the over shot budget due to proficient CG works is said to be scaring him a bit. If the movie flies properly at Box Office, then he can run with profits or if it tangles with the hit talk of other movies, then 'Eega' will make him surely cry, say trade pundits. Wait and see!

Petitioners open to resolve Charan's Zanjeer issue

The remake of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Zanjeer has landed in legal trouble as the original writers of the film, Javed Akthar and Salim Khan, has approached the court few days ago over the copyright issue. Although the writers had sent legal notice to producer Amit Mehra, they are open to resolve the issue outside the court. "We are hopeful that this will be solved in friendly manner. We can still solve the issue by sitting across the table and coming to an understanding. If this didn't work, we will proceed further legally," said Javed Akthar, Bollywood renowned writer-lyricist.

The entire issue took a serious turn when the writers demanded a whopping amount for remake rights of the film and the producer is not ready to fulfill their greedy demands.

Ram Charan will step into the shoes of Amitabh and Priyanka Chopra will reprise the role of Jaya Bachchan for the remake. Versatile actor Prakash Raj, Bollywood hunk Arjun Rampal, hottie Mahie Gill were chosen for pivotal roles. Apoorva Lakhia will be directing the remake of this Iconic cop flick. Let's wish the legal trouble of the film ends soon to make this project a perfect launch for Charan in Bollywood!

Abdul Kalam - The next President of India!

As the term of the current president Pratibha Patil is coming to an end, the debate has started on who would be the next first citizen of the country. Speculations were on a rise that former president Abdul Kalam will be choosen for the job for the second time.

Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar's statement that a 'non-political' person could be an 'ideal' choice has given strength to Kalam's nomination. "As both UPA and NDA aren't having the majority to ensure that candidate of their choice becomes the next President, it's better to choose a 'non-political' person," said Pawar.

Pratibha Patil’s term as the President of India will end in July. Several political parties has already agreed on the nomination of Kalam. Most likely, Abdul Kalam may emerge as a consensus candidate! Kalam's invaluable contribution to the nation and his impressive performance as the president of India might work in his favour.

YS Jagan is again 'A1' in Fresh Charge Sheet filed by CBI

The investigation agency that is probing into Jagan's illegal assets case has filed an additional charge sheet today. Once again, CBI has zeroed on Jagan as 'Accused No.1' in the case.

CBI sleuths have stated in their additional charge sheet that Jagathi Publications has practiced many illegal methods to attract huge investments. Jagan is named A1, Vijaysai A2 and Jagathi Publications as A3 in this newly lodged charge sheet. It is revealed by CBI that 850 crores were invested in Jagathi by buying shares worth 10 rupees, at a rate of 350 rupees. All these investors have fetched good deals through state government and as part of 'quid pro quo' they have invested back here.

Vijay Sai is accused that he has diverted more than 200 crores into Jagathi to convert black money into white. Surprisingly, CBI has lodged their charge sheet by the time the tainted auditor has surrendered in CBI court today. The chances for his lawyers to obtain another review on the bail petition will go slim with these acts of CBI.

Shankar Rao fires on Congress Ministers

Many bosses from Delhi are flying in and going back, but none are able to control this exaggerative politician of Congress party. While Vayalar has put many people in the Stage congress at bay, this veteran is still firing his guns against the ruling party.

'Like it is done to me and ACB officer Srinivas, CM Kiran is trying to suppress the voices of people against the corruptive acts of government', says Congress veteran and ex-minister Shankar Rao. He is stressing all the time that a change should be made in CM post and PCC Chief post to make the travel of State Congress smooth. Observers are still not able to understand how come Shankar Rao is not silent even after Vayilar Ravi's visit to Hyderabad a couple of days ago.

In fact, all the Congress leaders of state are not making quite big and controversial statements after Ravi's arrival except Shankar Rao. Sources say that Sonia wants to look personally into the matters of some seniors like Shankar Rao and KK before taking a decision to plaster their mouth.

Jeevitha-Rajasekhar to join BJP

Celebrity couple Jeevitha and Rajasekhar would be joining the National party BJP on 25th of this month. They will take the primary membership of the party in the presence of BJP top brass leader Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday morning at around 10.40 am in Nampally BJP office.

Reports say, the couple were in talks with the BJP leaders for sometime now. After getting clear assurance from the BJP leadership over the posts they would be getting, the duo has declared that they will join the party. Jeevitha would be offered a prominant post - South India's BJP spokes-women. On the other hand, Rajasekhar might get a union minister post, if BJP regains the power in 2014 polls.

The duo started their political career with TDP and later moved to the Congress party during the tenure of late YS Rajasekhar Reddy as CM. After YSR's sudden demise, they resigned from the primary membership of the Congress and joined Jagan's YSR Congress party. But their stay in YSRC didn't last for too long, as differences propped up between the Yuva Neta and the Star Couple. After taking potshots at Jagan, they announced their decision to quit the party. Although they tried to join their parent party TDP using their good relations with Balayya, TDP Chief Chandrababu didn't show any interest in taking them into the party. Finally, they have chosen the BJP which is trying to regain its lost glory in Telangana using the strong sentiment in the region. Let's see, how long they can survive in this new party!

Dammu beats Racha by huge margin!

NTR's summer release Dammu has already started showing signs of creating a tsunami at the box office. The film is going to release in record number of theaters across the globe. Dammu is going to be screened in almost all the screens in Guntur and Vijayawada on the first day, except for the theaters playing Racha.

Dammu is all set to create new record for release centers in Karnataka state. Recently a GO was passed lifting away the limitations of other language films release in Karnataka. Racha was the first to be benefitted with it. It was released in about hundred theaters in Karnataka on first day. Due to gigantic release, Racha raked in more than 2 crores share in first week from Karnataka alone.

Now Dammu is going to release in more than 150 theaters in Karnataka thus beating Racha record by a huge margin. If Dammu gets positive talk then the first week share from Karnataka will be huge. Odds are fully in positive of Dammu to set a new record in opening day collections. If everything is in its favor, it will beat Racha first week collections record to be the numero uno in first week records.
